SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders within one working day. All our shipped orders are fully insured.

FREE WEEKDAY DELIVERY on orders over £150 for UK mainland and Northern Ireland. We may need some help if you live on an island in the UK but we will tell you if we get any issues. Delivery for orders under £150 would depend upon the volume and weight of the package.

SATURDAY MORNING DELIVERY is available but we have to pay a surcharge so we need a £25 contribution, please. Deliveries commence at 8am.

NEXT WEEKDAY delivery for most of the UK is available as you proceed through checkout.

FURTHER INFORMATION

• Deliveries for each of the 200 countries we serve vary and you will be notified during the checkout process before you press PAY.
• The cut off time for next day delivery is 12noon.
• We do not deliver on Sundays.
• We open Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm GMT
• We do not offer palletised timed deliveries but can provide an indication of timings on request.

If you want delivery OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND

For orders OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND (ordered on the UK website) under £100 we ask for a £10 contribution to help cover our costs.

For orders OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND (ordered on the UK website) over £100 but under £500 we ask for a £30 contribution to help cover our costs.

For orders OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND (ordered on the UK website) over £500, we ask for a £100 contribution to help cover our costs.

We do not offer palletised timed deliveries or next day delivery.

Orders (where any individual product is less than 30kg) placed by noon on weekdays will be delivered within 48 hours by APC between 8 am and 6 pm 

Orders placed by noon weekdays where any one item weighs greater than 30kg will be delivered on 1 or more pallets and will take up to 5 working days dependent on your location.

If your goods are palletised we do not offer timed deliveries only delivery days or next day delivery.

Orders for large speaker systems are sent on pallets. Drivers carry a pallet truck and will deliver as close to your chosen location as possible. Drivers are not allowed to lift any boxes for HSE reasons.

All failed deliveries are subject to a non-delivery charge if nobody is at the delivery address to sign for the pallet.

No goods will be left without a signature. If you see any damage on the boxes please make a note of this on the delivery note before signing and take some photographs please so that any claim necessary can be made. THIS MUST BE COMPLETED AND SENT TO order@volumemusicsolutions.co.uk  BY EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
